Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Cook nutritious meals for residents.
- Follow organisational policies and practices at all times
- Prepare food according to specific dietary requirements.
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with temperature records
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the client.
Essential Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery
- 6+ years of post-trainee paid experience
- Aged Care experience (essential)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- National Police Clearance (must be issued within the last 6 months)
- NDIS Check or willingness to obtain one
- Current flu vaccination or willingness to get vaccinated
- Must hold valid work rights in Australia
